A career built across three cycles — leading large programmes in insurance, founding and exiting a venture software company built into a SaaS solution, and growing a life sciences practice at a global consultancy. That range is what I bring to early-stage founders now — usually starting as a mentor through startup programs, then staying on as a board partner or fractional COO, growing with the ones who scale.
